As part of the preparations for the upcoming local elections on March 19, 2014, you are cordially invited to a free presentation and discussion in English about the Delft political system during which you are welcome to share what matters to you as international resident in Delft.

Did you know that you can be eligible to vote without having Dutch nationality?
In some cases, this is also true even if you are from a non-European country. This evening is organized by the green political party Groen Links Delft.

Whether or not you plan on staying for more than a couple of years, help other internationals and all residents of Delft to elect qualified people who encourage a good working, studying and living climate for internationals and locals in Delft.

Feel free to share your needs during the evening. Are you concerned by healthcare, biking in Delft, keeping cultural institutions like DOK library, theater de Veste and art centre De VAK open and
accessible to all, living in a green Delft that encourages innovative and sustainable businesses? Let us know. GroenLinks Delft city councillors Catherine bij de Vaate and
Sinan Özkaya will be there to share information and listen to you.

When: Thursday, January 23 2014.

From 8:00 pm till 9:30 pm followed by informal drinks and snacks till 10:00 pm.

Where: Hippolytusbuurt 4, 2611 HN (former tourism information centre, next to the fishmonger).

Please RSVP at secretaris@groenlinksdelft.nl before Tuesday, January 21st.
